BREAKING NEWS – One person was killed and three were injured in a single vehicle accident in Fairfield Glade early this morning. The report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol states a 2002 Oldsmobile driven by 25-year-old Karley M. Reph of Crossville was traveling northbound on the 400^th block of Lakeview Drive around 3 a.m. when she lost control, went off the road, struck two trees and came to rest after striking a home. Reph and a passenger in her vehicle, 23-year-old Kyle B. Perry of Crossville, were both transported to Cumberland Medical Center for treatment of injuries. A third passenger, 19-year-old Skylar M. Lewis of Crossville, was airlifted to Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga. A fourth passenger, 19-year-old Jeremiah L. Hood of Crossville, died at the scene. Troopers indicate in the report that Reph, Hood and Lewis had been drinking alcohol prior to the crash. The accident remains under investigation and troopers added charges are pending.
