Whitley County, Kentucky, authorities say 10 people were arrested during a party that allegedly involved underage drinking. Deputies responded to an area on Levi Lay Road in Williamsburg Sunday where they found people under 21 under the influence of alcohol after a deadly crash involving an ATV. Officers say 20-year-old Matthew White died in the accident. Authorities arrested 10 people ranging in age from 18 to 35 and charged them with alcohol intoxication in a public place, unlawful transaction with a minor or both charges. Two were also charged with disorderly conduct. The following people were arrested: 25-year-old Lalo Kilberry, 19-year-old Lige Matlock, 20-year-old Brady Steadman, 22-year-old Kimothy McFarland, 22-year-old Payton Johnson, 29-year-old Robert Griffith, 18-year-old Mateo Hill, 23-year-old Daniel Pena, 26-year-old Brad Hamlin and 35-year-old Joshua Howard.
