As of noon portions of Cumberland County are still without power but it is expected to be restored this afternoon. Temperatures are only in the 20s and with a northwest wind gusting to 20 miles an hour that puts our chill factor in the single digits at times. There may be a few snow flurries from time to time this afternoon but nothing really significant expected. Temperature is dropping to the teens tonight but then recovering to about 32 degrees on Monday with sunshine. Tuesday is looking pretty good with Sunshine pushing the temperature above 40.
