A Blount County grand jury has indicted an 18-year-old for the death of his mother. Court documents state Jonathan Sellers is charged with first degree murder, felony murder, especially aggravated robbery and theft of property over $2,500. Sellers is accused of shooting and killing Kelly Brackin back in March of this year before stealing her car.
