19-YEAR-OLD ARRESTED FOR PUBLIC INTOXICATION AFTER JUMPING OUT OF MOVING CAR

On October 25, 2025, Deputy Holden Atkinson of the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a male lying in a ditch near Browntown Rd and Hwy 70 West in Crossville, Tennessee. Upon arrival, Deputy Atkinson encountered a male, later identified as Trevin Cole Miller, a 19-year-old white male, covered in mud and exhibiting signs of intoxication, including the odor of alcohol, red bloodshot eyes, and slurred speech.
Miller initially refused to provide his name or date of birth, stating he would not “snitch on his name,” but admitted to consuming alcohol at a teenage party. After continued refusal to provide identification, Miller was placed into custody. He then disclosed his name and explained that he had jumped out of a moving vehicle following an argument with his girlfriend, though he refused to identify the driver or vehicle details to avoid implicating others.
EMS cleared Miller at the scene, and he was transported to the Cumberland County Jail, where he was booked for public intoxication.
