Yesterday, Deputy Leviticus Gilliam spoke with a man over the phone who said a black 20-foot culvert that is 12 inches in diameter was
stolen from Cumberland Lakes Drive.

According to the caller, it was stolen between the 29th and the 31st.

He also said the culvert costs $250 dollars.

There were no cameras near the area it was taken from.
