DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE IN KINGSTON TURNS INTO ON-FOOT POLICE CHASE
On 03/29/2025, at approximately 1714 hours, officers with the Kingston Police Department arrived at the Four Seasons Campground located at 120 Farmer Rd in reference to a domestic disturbance.
Upon Officer Alex French and Officer Cody Anderson’s arrival, they encountered Timothy Faulk, 48. Mr. Faulk was yelling and refused to cooperate with officers. While officers were trying to investigate the domestic incident, Mr. Faulk continued to be disorderly. As Officer French went to detain Mr. Faulk to complete the investigation. Mr. Faulk pulled away from officers, fell to the ground, got back to his feet and began running away. Mr. Faulk then ran into a large culvert that passed under the interstate. Kingston City officers along with deputies with the Roane County Sheriff’s Office and troopers with the Tennessee Highway Patrol began to search for Timothy Faulk. Officer Alex French launched the KPD unmanned aerial system (drone). Officer French was able to locate where Timothy Faulk was hiding and directed officers to Timothy Faulk’s location where he was taken into custody.
Upon completion of the investigation, Timothy Faulk was charged with domestic assault, resisting arrest, evading arrest, disorderly conduct and interference with a emergency call.
