On April 8, 2025, Deputy Chris Page responded to a theft report at Forest Drive, a new construction site owned by a man who reported that he had left tools at the site on the evening of April 7, 2025, and discovered them missing upon his return the next day.

The stolen items, valued at $900, included a Dewalt Miter Saw, a 5-amp battery, an oscillating saw, and an impact drill.

Serial numbers for the tools were unavailable.

The man planned to install trail cameras to enhance security, and Deputy Page requested increased nighttime patrols in the area for the following two weeks.
