A 9mm handgun is something that you don’t normally find along the road, but a work crew in Cumberland County did last week. Corrections officers with a detail of six trustees were picking up litter from the side of a portion of Interstate 40 Thursday when they discovered a Bryco Arms Jennings pistol lying in the ditch line between the 321 and 322-mile markers. The handgun was run through Dispatch and had not been reported stolen.
