GOLLIHER ARRESTED AGAIN FOR OXYCODONE, OXYCONTIN, METH POSSESSION

Monday night, Crossville police stopped 36-year-old Samantha Jean Golliher of Crossville for suspicion of DUI and driving without headlights, after seeing her leave the Kroger parking lot with her headlights off and driving erratically for some distance through Crossville.

Golliher admitted having illegal goods in the truck, but denied having anything illegal on her. A consent search proved otherwise. Officers found a 5mg oxycodone hydrochloride pill in Golliher’s pocket, and three more 5mg oxycodone pills and a 10mg oxycontin pill in her wallet. Golliher also had about half a gram of meth wrapped in a lottery ticket.

Golliher was charged for possession of illegal drugs and issued three citations for traffic infractions. This was Golliher’s fourth arrest in six weeks’ time. She’d previously been arrested January 25, for driving on a revoked license (for failure to comply with financial-responsibility laws) and an outstanding Rhea County warrant for failure to appear; on February 16, for possession of meth and driving on a suspended license; and on February 22, for possession of meth and criminal trespass.
