Loudon County deputies are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing woman. They say 31-year-old Elisha Carpenter was last seen around 2 this morning, walking away from her home at River Manor Apartments on Industrial Drive. She was last seen wearing green pajamas-style pants and a pink hoodie. Anyone with information is asked to call (865) 458-9081 or 911.
