Wednesday evening, Cumberland County deputies conducting a traffic stop on Cow Pen Road were advised the driver, 42-year-old Casey Andrew Soulsby of Crossville, had an outstanding warrant from Rappahannock County, Virginia. Soulsby was arrested and booked into the Cumberland County jail to await extradition to Virginia. He’s being held on $300,000 bond.
