Early this afternoon, the Knox County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the identity of the man whose body was found at Concord Yacht Club last night.

They say 60-year-old Rodney Meryweather was reported missing by his wife around 7:30 last evening. She told authorities she’d last seen her husband that afternoon, when he was heading out to clean his boat.

The sheriff’s office Air Watch Unit and dive team assisted in the search and recovery efforts.
