A body was discovered along I-75 in Loudon County Saturday morning. The body of a white male appearing to be in his 30’s, was found along the southbound lanes of the interstate near mile marker 69 in Philadelphia by a state trooper. Investigators say that preliminary reports reveal that the body could be that of a man who has been missing from Knox County for several weeks. The Knox County Regional Forensics Center is completing an autopsy in hopes that the body can be positively identified.
