The Knox County Sheriff’s Dept. has two people in custody in connection with a fatal stabbing which occurred Saturday night. The body of a man was found in the 900 block of East Gov. John Sevier Highway shortly after 11:30 PM. Investigators say the man, who has not been identified, was stabbed several times. The current investigation is being handled by the sheriff”s Major Crimes Unit, the Knox County Medical Examiner and other offices.
