A man killed Saturday afternoon in a hang glider crash in Oliver Springs has been identified. The Anderson County Sheriff’s Department named 45-year-old Patrick Scott Lucas of Morristown, as the deceased. The accident happened on a private airstrip 100 yards from the Oliver Springs Airport. The Federal Aviation Administration started their investigation into the cause of the crash yesterday.
