A Rockwood man who allegedly did not show up for court charged with a sex crime against a minor has been arrested. Authorities went to a home on Bayless Street and took Charles Wayne Berry into custody. A grand jury indicted him recently on one count of solicitation of a minor. Court documents show Berry was communicating with who he thought was a underage person to engage in sexual activity. Who he actually contacted was a reported undercover officer.
