A warrant was issued by the Crossville Police Department for a woman accused of stealing electricity from a residence. Officers went to Heather Ridge Apartments where the property manager told them 46-year-old Wendy Ireland Quince of Crossville ran an extension cord from a nearby apartment that had power into her dwelling. Officers learned Quince was given an eviction notice prior to the incident but had yet to vacate the premises. The warrant against Quince is for theft of property.
