Rural Hospital & Clinics of America, Inc. in Crossville has reportedly offered $1 million dollars to Rennova Health Systems for the purchase of Jamestown Regional Medical Center in Fentress County. Johnny Presley is the registered agent for Rural Hospital & Clinics of America, Inc.

The Board of Directors for Rennova has been notified of Presley’s offer.

Jamestown Regional Medical Center closed recently after Medicare and Medicaid officials stopped services to the hospital two months ago.

If accepted by Rennova, this would be Presley’s second recent hospital acquisition.

The Cookeville City Council met last week and approved a $200,000 bid from Presley to purchase Cumberland River Hospital in Celina.
