Authorities recently responded to the Dollar General on Decatur Highway in Roane County to a report of a man performing a lewd act inside the store. Officers found 44-year-old Joseph Cantrell Beasley of Kingston and placed him under arrest. He was charged with public indecency and is scheduled to appear in court November 5, 2019.
