Federal authorities say Karim and Rahim Sadruddin in Bledsoe County faces several charges, including wire fraud, mail fraud and money laundering. Federal documents allege the two took millions in federal and state grant money even though they knew they couldn’t afford to employ 1,000 people at their company, Textile Corporation of America in Pikeville. The lawsuit calls for a judge to approve freezing the brothers’ assets and company property.
