A man was killed in a single vehicle accident in Roane County yesterday afternoon. Troopers say a 2007 Nissan Frontier driven by 77-year-old David Luttrell of Roane County was traveling west on Sugar Grove Valley Road when he left the road in a curve and struck a tree. Luttrell, who was restrained at the time of impact, passed away from injuries sustained.
