Cumberland County deputies responded last night to a vehicle accident on Junior Camp Road. The report states officers made contact with 62-year-old Penny Sue Mini of Monterey who allegedly had a strong odor of alcohol and marijuana coming from her. Mini reportedly failed a standard sobriety test and was charged with DUI.
