Rockwood police responded recently to Burkes Outlet for a report of a peeping Tom. Officers say a man stuck a cell phone under the door of a changing room when a woman was trying on a pair of pants. The victim saw the phone and confronted the male. The suspect was described as six feet tall, average build with a beard and glasses. He ran out of the store, got into a blue Toyota Tacoma and left the scene. The incident is under investigation.
