An out of state fugitive from justice was arrested in Cumberland County this week. Deputies responded to Dollar Tree on Peavine Road for a possible shoplifter. Officers encountered 47-year-old Kelly Sue Reigle of Shenandoah, Pennsylvania in a wooded area near the store. A check revealed Reigle was wanted in Pennsylvania with full extradition for violation of probation. She was taken to the Cumberland County jail.
