DRIVER ARRESTED AFTER REPORTEDLY RAMMING OTHER VEHICLES IN DOWNTOWN CROSSVILLE

Crossville police recently responded downtown in the area of Mayberry’s Furniture Store to a report of a driver ramming other automobiles behind the store. Officers pulled over 43-year-old Adam Keith McGinnis of Lancing who reportedly failed a sobriety test. McGinnis was charged with DUI, violation of the implied consent law and issued four traffic citations for not wearing a seat belt, failure to carry a driver’s license while operating a vehicle, failure to produce proof of vehicle insurance and violation of the open alcohol container while driving law.
