A Cumberland County man was arraigned in criminal court Friday on a sex crime charge. The aggravated rape indictment handed down by a grand jury against 19-year-old Tyler Dixon Hancock of Crossville states Hancock did unlawfully and intentionally forced himself on a female without her consent. Court officials say Hancock is scheduled to have a trial on the charge starting April 30, 2020.
