FOUR ARRESTED ON METH CHARGES IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY

Cumberland County deputies took four individuals into custody over the weekend on meth charges.
Officers stopped a vehicle Saturday on Al Goss Road for a traffic violation. The driver, 38-year-old Timothy Joel Boles of Crossville, told the deputy he did not have a valid driver’s license. A consent search reportedly revealed over $3,200 in cash and just over 14 grams of meth. Boles and a passenger in the vehicle, 33-year-old Sylina Erica Dominguez of Crossville, each face manufacture, sale and delivery of meth and simple possession of drugs. Boles was additionally charged with driving on a suspended license.
The second incident took place when deputies pulled over a vehicle for a window tint violation on Lantana Road near Taylor’s Chapel Road. The arrest report states 44-year-old Dwayne Levon Smith of Crossville surrendered a set of digital scales hid inside his overalls. Officers also allegedly found a bag containing meth, a used syringe and $154 in cash believed to be obtained in the sale of illegal drugs. Smith was arrested for manufacture, sale and delivery of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Officers also stopped a vehicle on the 6600th block of Sparta Highway yesterday for a light law violation. A search of the vehicle reportedly revealed a glass pipe containing meth and multiple items of drug paraphernalia. Officers arrested 20-year-old Heather Christina Bilyeu of Beechgrove, Tennessee (Coffee County) for manufacture, sale and delivery of meth and simple possession of drugs.
