(FOLLOW UP STORY) – The Morgan County Sheriff’s Department said this morning one man was arrested following a shooting Saturday night. Officers say 25-year-old Todd Michael Hawn allegedly got into a physical altercation with 40-year-old Joseph Armes of Petros when Hawn brandished a firearm and shot Armes in the hip. Armes was transported to an area hospital where he underwent surgery to remove a bullet. Hawn was charged with aggravated assault, taken to the Morgan County jail and initially placed under a $50,000 bond.
