A Livingston woman appeared in Overton County Criminal Court standing accused of a 2017 death. Court officials say 41-year-old Brandy Angela McDougle is charged with first-degree murder in the fatal shooting of 41-year-old Timmy Melton. She was later indicted by a grand jury. In court this week, the judge reset her case to July 15, 2020. Court officials say McDougle is being held in jail on a half million dollar bond.
