Someone is calling residents in Cumberland County claiming to be Mike Turner with the Crossville Fire Department soliciting money for kids in need. The real Chief Mike Turner told 105.7 News this afternoon they never call and solicit money from residents and this type of call is a scam. If you receive one of this nature, try to get a phone number of the caller and report it to law enforcement.
