One person was killed and another injured in an accident late yesterday near Oak Ridge on Highway 95. Officers say a vehicle left the highway and crashed into a tree. A passenger, 39-year-old Ricky L. Crabtree of Oak Ridge, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver, 37-year-old Rusty Crabtree, was transported to Methodist Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. More information will be released at a later time.
