Cumberland County Bank, along with the Bank of Fentress County and locations in Wartburg and Roane County, has a new name. One Bank of Tennessee remains family owned since 1901. Officials say the only change is the name. The company, founded in Monterey, has expanded to 20 bank offices, serving over 100,000 customers.
