A single vehicle accident in Cumberland County yesterday afternoon left the driver hurt. Trooper David Jones says a 2003 Honda Accord operated by 75-year-old Helen L. Phillips of Norris, Tennessee was traveling east at the 313 mile marker when she left the road, went up an embankment and hit some small trees causing the vehicle to roll over several times. Phillips, who was restrained, was treated for her injuries.
