A Bledsoe County man was recently arrested after reportedly shooting at a woman in a vehicle in Cumberland County. The report states the victim met individuals at Vandever Market for a clothing deal when they took off in a truck without exchanging money. The female followed them when 19-year-old Nicholas Hayden Brock of Pikeville allegedly displayed the firearm and shot at her. She stopped and called law enforcement. The victim was not hurt in the incident. After interviewing witnesses, officers charged Brock with felony aggravated assault.
