Roane County deputies arrested a man last night for aggravated sexual battery. Officers say along with that charge, 30-year-old Logan Garrett Stephens also faces aggravated assault and resisting arrest. Stephens was transported to the Roane County jail. He is scheduled to make his first court appearance August 11, 2020 in general sessions court.
