A Fentress County man was taken into custody last night in Wayne County, Kentucky on child sex crime charges. Officers arrested 28-year-old William Peter Bermel of Jamestown at a home on Vine Street on a fugitive from another state warrant. Bermel was wanted for rape of a child and soliciting sexual exploitation of a minor. He was taken to the Wayne County Kentucky Detention Center and awaits extradition.
