Congratulations to Sgt. Phillip Dunn on his retirement from the Tennessee Highway Patrol. He served the state as well as in Rhea County for 32 years. Before that, Dunn was with the Rhea County Sheriff’s Department, Dayton Police Department and Dayton Fire Department. He continues to serve in the Air National Guard with the 241st EIS out of Chattanooga.
