ALCORN ARRESTED ON DRUG CHARGES IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY

CROSSVILLE POLICE ARREST MAN AT DOLLAR GENERAL STORE FOR DRUG INDUCED P.I.

Cumberland County authorities recently observed a vehicle driven by 30-year-old Matthew Raymond Alcorn on Dogwood Avenue. The suspect was wanted on an outstanding warrant. A short pursuit started then ended on Blackberry Road where Alcorn was arrested. Law enforcement reportedly located meth, heroin, marijuana and just over $1,000 in cash. Alcorn was charged with manufacture, sale and delivery of meth and a controlled substance, evading arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of simple possession of drugs.
