The Cumberland County Rescue Squad responded to a report of a missing person just after 7 p.m. last night around the Cumberland Trailhead area off Highway 68.  The male subject in his early 20’s lost his way back to his vehicle after nightfall. He was located uninjured and transported by the rescue squad to his vehicle.

The squad was not done this week.

They were called out again late this morning to the Claysville Road area to search for a missing 25-year-old male who went hunting and didn’t return on time. With the help of Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department, the subject was located with no injuries.
