The Tennessee Supreme Court has issued new orders in the COVID-19 pandemic, suspending in-person court through January 29, 2021 and no jury trials through February 26, 2021. If you have a court date scheduled in Cumberland County now until the end of January, contact the court office to see when your new appearance date is.
