Cumberland County deputies responded to the BP store in Crab Orchard just after midnight yesterday for a burglary. No one was present when authorities arrived. Video surveillance showed a man throwing a rock at the front glass door smashing it to gain entry. He jumped over the counter and grabbed a box containing around 30 cartons of Marlboro cigarettes. The suspect then fled the scene in a vehicle. The incident is under investigation.
