Cumberland County Criminal Court Judge Gary McKenzie yesterday kept a bond for a suspect charged with rape and incest of a minor at $200,000. Authorities say 42-year-old James Sherman Williams was indicted by a grand jury and was taken into custody on the two offenses back in August 2020. Williams is scheduled to appear in court next on March 15, 2021.
