(Feb. 15, 2021 at 6:30 a.m. central) – Cumberland County Road Superintendent Scott Blaylock is asking everyone to stay off the roads this morning. The road department is not able to get out with their salt trucks at this time because of the ice.

Numerous accidents already reported in the county and some tow trucks are unable to currently respond because of the icy roads.

Conditions should improve for a few hours later today so if at all possible delay going out.
