A Roane County grand jury indicted 45-year-old William Joseph Arrowood of Harriman for aggravated burglary and theft of property. He was taken into custody late yesterday and additionally served a warrant for violation of probation or parole. Court documents state the incident took place last September when Arrowood reportedly entered a home in Rockwood and removed several items. He is scheduled to be arraigned in criminal court March 17, 2021.
