A proclamation was signed declaring Arts Advocacy Month:

“NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that I, Allen Foster, Mayor of Cumberland County, and I, James Mayberry, Mayor of Crossville, do hereby proclaim March 2021 as Arts Advocacy Month and call upon our citizens to celebrate and promote the arts and culture in our county as well as in our nation, and to specifically encourage the greater participation of citizens by taking action for the arts in their towns and cities.”
