Cumberland County deputies recently responded to a vehicle accident in the general area of the 8,000 block of Plateau Road. The report states the driver, 35-year-old Mark Anthony Taylor of Crossville, said an oncoming motorist crossed into his path. Officers allegedly observed Taylor having slurred speech and to be unbalances while standing or walking. Taylor was arrested for driving under the influence.
