Cumberland County first responders went to the scene of a two vehicle crash on Casteel Road near Sisco Road Saturday. The accident report states a 2020 Toyota sedan operated by 17-year-old Esmeralda Torres Gonzalez of Crossville went into a curve in the wrong lane and hit an oncoming 2016 GMC pickup driven by 49-year-old Salvatore J. Terzo of Sparta head-on. After impact, the Toyota rolled backwards, went off the roadway and struck several trees. Both drivers, as well as a passenger in each vehicle, were restrained and not hurt.
