A Cumberland County deputy conducted a traffic stop involving 28-year-old Justin Keith Jones of Spring City at Dollar General on Highway 70 in Crab Orchard yesterday. The warrant states a check not only revealed the license of Jones was suspended but three minors, ages 5, 7 and 13, in the back of the cab in the pickup truck not properly restrained. Jones was arrested for child abuse and neglect.
