Crossville police responded to the Eco Travel Plaza on Genesis Road Saturday for a stolen vehicle. The owner reportedly saw his truck being taken from the scene. Officers located it on Miller Bypass a few minutes later and arrested the occupant, 34-year-old Justin Garland of Nashville, for theft of a motor vehicle. The victim was able to retrieve the automobile.
